It's another year and another start to a lap of 365 days of parenting. The grind never stops, mom and dad! And if you haven't heard it yet, you are doing a FANTASTIC job. Hard times are inevitable, that's only human. Insecurity about your parenting can hit you like a tidal wave. But we are here to tell you that if you are doing your best and you love your children, then you are doing magnificently.

It's hard to know if you are doing well as a parent, but your kid will let you know in little ways. They will say "thank you" without you having to tell them. They will stop crying and remind themselves that they are strong and brave when they get a booboo. They will share their favorite snack with you. It's the little things!

So you should also appreciate the little things, mom and dad. You deserve self-love and you can show yourself that by enjoying some wholesome funny family memes. Allow yourself to LOL. It's 2026, if you can't LOL for yourself, then how will your kids know how to enjoy a LOL to themselves? It's called self care and everyone needs to do it, including you, parents.
